Chuck has been the keyboardist for The Rolling Stones for more than 30 years. Prior to joining The Stones, he was a member of The Allman Brothers Band — receiving a Lifetime Achievement Grammy in 2012 for his tenure with the band. Chuck has performed and recorded with many of the world’s most prominent musicians, including George Harrison, Eric Clapton and John Mayer. In addition to his musical career, Chuck is one of the nation’s most respected voices for land conservation and the environment. In 1999, Chuck and his wife were named National Tree Farmers of the Year.
excerpt: Earlier this month, the Federal Housing Finance Agency announced that the PACE programs contravened lending practices because they could interfere with mortgage payments and advised banks not to issue loans on houses with the public financing.
The feds implied that a homeowner who acquired PACE money would be violating the terms of their mortgage and stated outright that lenders in areas with PACE programs should adjust the maximum amount all residents can borrow.
Count me OUT. I cannot imagine anything more revolting than lab-grown meat made from stem cell multiplication, not to mention what sort of tumorous effects ingesting it would have.
Proponents suggest this will end world hunger, and also be a viable source of protein for pet food. As if rendered animals wasn’t bad enough, now they want to feed frankenmeat to Fido too.. Really? Ewwww.
