The key ingredient of Roundup is making its way through the food chain. Since 1996 the amount and the number of genetically engineered crops dramatically increased worldwide. It is estimated that 90% of the transgenic crops grown worldwide are glyphosate resistant. The rapidly growing problem of glyphosate-resistant weeds is reflected in steady increases in the use of glyphosate on crops. Steams, leaves and beans of glyphosate resistant soy are contaminated with glyphosate. Moreover, due to the intensive use of glyphosate it was frequently detected in water, rain and air.
Glyphosate was significantly higher (P<0.0002) in humans fed
conventional feed compared with predominantly organic fed humans.
I came across this article first on Weeds Network.
I cannot begin to describe how revolting this is. Read and learn.
